Kok Wee and Vanessa's solemnisation is the true definition of an "Intimate Wedding".
The couple decided to hold the ceremony at Equarius Beach Villa for just their families and close friends. Therefore, unlike those extravagant weddings with hundreds over guests, theirs exude a more homely and cozy feel.
All the floral decoration and even the bridal bouquet were arranged by Vanessa's really talented friend. The theme was "Rustic and Elegance" so they went for a wintery floral colors and the contrast somehow made the decorations looked extra charming.
And can I just say I am (STILL) super in love with Vanessa's two-piece gown!? The lace top was customised to give the gown a casual yet chic look. Paired with her pair of blueish-grey Manolo Blahnik, her entire outfit is just #BrideGoals!
The ceremony began with Vanessa and Kok Wee marching in arm in arm. The march-in though was just a short one, the smiles on their faces left a deep impression on me and I remembered smiling along as they walked down as man and wife. This is something we should keep in mind everyday, isn't it? It really doesn't matter what the road ahead lies. All that matters is how you, as a couple, face the unknowns and enjoy the journey together. :)
The one thing that made Kok Wee and Vanessa's solemnisation one of my favourite weddings is the way they always break into smiles whenever they look at each other during the ceremony. That is just the sweetest thing to me. :)
